Returns & Refunds
Personalised goods are non-returnable.
Every KALAFULL shirt is made to your individual specifications — your match, your prediction, your chant, your name. Once production starts, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
This is your statutory right being limited under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — the same carve-out that applies to engraved jewellery, made-to-measure tailoring, and other personalised goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
If your shirt arrives faulty or damaged
We'll fix it. Email hello@kalafull.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description (what went wrong — fabric defect, print error, damaged in transit, etc.)
We aim to respond within one business day. If we accept the claim, we'll dispatch a replacement within 7 working days at no charge.
If your shirt is not as described
If the colour, design, or personalisation doesn't match what you ordered (i.e., we made a mistake), we'll remake and reship it at no charge. Same email process — photo + order number to hello@kalafull.com.
What we cannot accept
Once production has started, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind ("I don't like it after all")
- Wrong size if you ordered the wrong size (use our Size Guide before ordering)
- Wrong personalisation if you submitted the wrong details (we'll show you a preview before confirmation — please check)
- Customer request changes (e.g., "I want to change the score" after dispatch)
Please double-check your prediction, your name, your chant, and your size before clicking Add to Bag.
How refunds are processed
When a refund is approved (e.g., for a faulty item where you prefer a refund over a replacement), we issue it to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take an additional 1-3 days to show the credit.
Lost or stolen parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the parcel, contact us within 7 days of the tracking-confirmed delivery date. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.
