Terms

These terms govern your use of kalafull.com and shop.kalafull.com (together, "KALAFULL"), operated by KALAFULL Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

KALAFULL Studio Ltd is a UK company specialising in personalised football fanwear. Our registered office and trading address details are available on request via hello@kalafull.com.

2. Personalised goods — non-returnable

Every KALAFULL shirt is made to your individual specifications (your match, your prediction, your chant, your name). Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, your statutory right to cancel does not apply once production has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was shown, we will remedy this — please contact hello@kalafull.com within 14 days with a photo.

3. Order acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders, including (but not limited to) orders where:

  • The personalisation text contains profanity, hate speech, or a third-party trade mark (e.g., a professional footballer's name, an official tournament mark, or a club crest)
  • We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud
  • A pricing error is detected before dispatch
  • Stock or production capacity cannot reasonably be met

If we refuse your order we will refund any payment in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes payable on delivery — see our Shipping page for details. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the text you submit. By submitting personalisation text you grant KALAFULL a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce that text solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

All other content on our website — including the KALAFULL name, logo, paint-splash artwork, and design templates — remains the intellectual property of KALAFULL Studio Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written consent.

6. Tournament references

KALAFULL is an independent brand and is not affiliated with FIFA, any national football association, or any club. We do not use official emblems, trophies, kits, or trade marks of any football competition. Our designs are inspired by the colours and energy of international football fan culture.

7. Personalisation restrictions

We do not produce items bearing:

  • Names of professional footballers (current or recent — see our blocklist)
  • Names of football clubs (e.g., "Real Madrid", "Arsenal")
  • Official tournament marks (e.g., "FIFA World Cup", "World Cup 2026")
  • Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
  • Defamatory statements
  • Sexually explicit content

If your order's personalisation text is rejected by our filters, we will hold the order and contact you to amend the text within 24 hours. If we cannot agree on acceptable text, we will refund your order in full.

8. Defects, damage, and replacements

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (s.20), if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy. Within 30 days of delivery, you may request a full refund or replacement. After 30 days you may request a repair or replacement.

To raise a claim, email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A photograph of the issue
  • A brief description

We aim to respond within one business day and to dispatch a replacement within 7 working days of accepting the claim.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any one order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

10. Privacy and data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. KALAFULL Studio Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Orders are governed by the terms in force at the time of order acceptance.
