We make your shirt to order, so production takes 3-5 working days. We then dispatch via tracked carriers based on your destination.
Production time
Every KALAFULL shirt is made to order. Standard production: 3-5 working days from order confirmation to dispatch.

Total time from order to delivery: typically 5-7 working days for UK, 7-10 working days internationally.
International orders and customs
For shipments outside the UK:
- EU customers: We use UK IOSS — your VAT is calculated and collected at checkout. No additional charges on delivery.
- USA customers: No additional customs charges typically apply for orders under $800 (de minimis).
- Australia customers: Australian GST is calculated and collected at checkout where required.
- Brazil customers: Brazilian federal import duty (20-60% depending on declared value) plus ICMS state tax (~17%) are collected by the carrier on delivery. Clearance may take 7-30+ days. KALAFULL is not responsible for these charges.
- Other destinations: Local import duties and taxes may apply, collected by the carrier on delivery. KALAFULL is not responsible for these charges. Check your local customs authority for details.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email when your parcel is dispatched with a tracking number and link.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:
- Check the tracking link first — sometimes carriers update with a "delivery exception" you can resolve
- If tracking has stalled, email with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll reship or refund at no charge.
Wrong address?
We use real-time address validation at checkout, but if you spot an error after ordering, email hello@kalaful.com ithin 1 hour and we'll try to update before dispatch. Once dispatched, we can't redirect — the parcel will return and we'll reship to the correct address (you cover the reship cost).
Hard launch dates
The 2026 FIFA World Cup runs 11 June – 19 July 2026. To ensure your shirt arrives before kick-off of a specific match:
- UK: Order at least 7 days before the match
- Europe: Order at least 10 days before the match
- USA / Canada / Australia / RoW: Order at least 14 days before the match
We cannot guarantee delivery before specific matches once production capacity fills up.
